Different pharmacies get pills from different suppliers. Our pharmacy will usually go with the supplier that has the medication in-stock at the time it is needed.

Depending on the supplier, medication may come in a different color, shape, or have different markings. Even though they may look different, they have been FDA-approved as a pharmaceutical equivalent to the branded product.

All Remote Pharmacy patients must complete a free online visit. Our licensed U.S. physicians assess your symptoms and make a diagnosis, writing you a prescription when appropriate. Your prescribed medication is then delivered via fast, free shipping.

Feel free to ask your assigned provider about new or ongoing issues after your initial diagnosis.

You can submit a request to increase your dose of certain medications. Please visit your member portal and email us at [email protected] to discuss.
