Once your medication has been shipped, we are unable to issue a refund. All sales are final once the medication leaves our facility due to the nature of prescription drugs and regulatory guidelines.
If your medication has not yet been shipped but you have already had a consultation with our doctor, you are eligible for a refund minus a $30 doctor consultation fee. This fee covers the cost of the medical consultation provided.
If you cancel your order before the doctor consultation, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time without incurring any charges. Upon cancellation, no further payments will be taken, and you will not receive any more shipments of medication.
